Our primary operational hub in Jamaica is a state-of-the-art facility located at Informatic Park, Portmore. This strategic centre is home to over 600 dedicated employees, with more than eighty percent residing locally, reinforcing our commitment to the Jamaican workforce and community.

From this location, we provide a comprehensive suite of contact centre services, including inbound and outbound voice support, email, live chat, social media management, and SMS/WhatsApp interactions.

Our skilled Jamaican team members are equipped to handle diverse roles in Customer Care, Technical Support, and Inside Sales, serving various industries with proven expertise.

We underpin our operations with an innovative technology stack, utilizing advanced tools like CallMiner for in-depth voice and data analytics and Power BI for powerful operational reporting. This focus on data-driven insights enhances decision-making and performance. Furthermore, we maintain rigorous PCI and SOC compliance, ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive data handled on behalf of our clients.
